Organizational and Industrial Psychology

I currently have a PsyD degree in clinical psychology and I am interested in gaining further education and experience in organizational and industrial psychology.

What would be the best and fastest way for me to do this to expand my career options. I am especially interested in working abroad and it seems like there is some international opportunities for I/O psychology.
