I am 20 years old. Before exams I face a peculiar kind of problem. As soon as I go to sleep, a fear appears in my mind that if cant sleep that night, how would I study the next day.
This thought troubles me to such extent that I remain awake the whole night, my fear increasing with every passing moment. I am facing problems due to this. How can I stop this?
